Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before completing the online registration form for the marathon event. By submitting the registration form, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions:

Eligibility:
a. Participants must be at least 18 years old or have obtained parental/guardian consent to participate.
b. Participants must be in good health and physically fit to participate in the marathon.
c. Participants must provide accurate and complete information during the registration process.

Registration Process:
a. All registration information must be provided through the online registration form.
b. Registration is subject to availability and will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
c. The registration fee, if applicable, must be paid in full at the time of registration. The fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.

Participant Responsibility:
a. Participants are responsible for their own safety and well-being during the marathon event.
b. Participants must follow all instructions and rules provided by the event organizers and volunteers.
c. Participants must respect other participants, volunteers, and event staff.

Event Changes and Cancellations:
a. The event organizers reserve the right to make changes to the marathon route, schedule, or any other aspect of the event if necessary.
b. In the event of cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to inclement weather, natural disasters, or other emergencies, the organizers shall not be held liable for any costs, damages, or inconvenience incurred by participants.

Health and Medical Conditions:
a. Participants with any pre-existing medical conditions or injuries should consult with a healthcare professional before participating in the marathon.
b. Participants must inform the event organizers of any relevant medical conditions or allergies during the registration process.

Photography and Videography:
a. By participating in the marathon, participants grant the event organizers the right to use any photographs, videos, or other media taken during the event for promotional purposes.

Indemnity:
a. Participants agree to indemnify and hold the event organizers harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising out of their participation in the marathon.

Privacy:
a. The personal information collected during the registration process will be used for the purpose of organizing the marathon and may be shared with third-party service providers involved in the event. The organizers will handle all personal information in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
a. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where the marathon is taking place.
b. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
